Seems like every single time there's a version change or I don't log into the site for some time, by account gets deleted. I purchased this software last year and this is probably the third time I've tried to log into the website, and was told no account existed for my email address - the very same address I signed up with, and STILL have the activation email with the user ID and temp password.
